Your experience as a REACH participant will generally follow four carefully-crafted steps, each with clearly-defined products:
Step 1: Initial Consult. A complimentary telephone consultation or email exchange to explore the gap between your existing work life and organization and how you envision its future. Product: One-page report summarizing conversation and recommendations for REACH services.
Step 2: Needs Assessment (Optional). Utilizes one or more survey instruments to help design and target services modules (education, training, coaching, group process, technical analysis). Products: Agreement and contract for services; Multi-page REACH Engagement Plan, a formal needs assessment with proposed service package and social impact model.
Step 3: Action. Services deployed according to the final REACH Engagement Plan. Products: Implementation report (interim and final) summarizing lessons learned from observations and interventions.
Step 4: Effectiveness Evaluation. A facilitated internal process of performance accountability to monitor and measure the impact of REACH on your organization and to anticipate future trends and needs. Products: Follow-up report analyzing data from outcome variables measured as part of internal evaluation of REACH services.
